PAVMAC Advantages

Variable Frequency Drive and Control

The motor starting current and soft start function control, prolong the life of the motor. This feature reduces mechanical accessory repair and motor damage, prolong the life of the motor and mechanical parts. The frequency converter saves about 20%-40% more power than the traditional converter.

Vibration System

Vibration table consists of dynamic table and fixed table. When vibration begin, dynamic table vibrate, static table remain static. The structure is designed to sustain the amplitude of vibration table, so as to ensure the high quality of concrete products with minimal maintenance cost.

Feeding System

Feeding frame, bottom plate and mixing blade are made of high-duty HARDOX steel which gives it extra durability. The location of bottom plate can be adjusted. Feeding system have sealing device to prevent leakage. The door of the discharging gate is controlled by the hydraulic cylinder.

Hydraulic Station

MACinn uses international brands for Hydraulic pumps and hydraulic valves. Tube uses “Flange Connection” that entails convenient installation and maintenance. Multi-point pressure detection point enables convenient detection. Motor and pump connection form good coaxial. Dynamic proportional valve and constant power pump make sure speed is uniform.

DRY MIX CONCRETE BATCHING PLANT FORPAVMAC

Aggregate Hopper:

In dry mixing concrete batching plant aggregate hoppers are used for storage of different types of raw materials. We offer different version of aggregate hopper with latest advance designs. Vibrator motors are attached with each hopper to make sure continuous process.

Weighing Conveyor or Weighing System:

We offer system for belt weighing which feature simple mounting and low maintenance requirements – isolated from lateral forces, with minimal hysteresis and maximum linearity. Together with our high-resolution speed sensors you can achieve a high measuring accuracy and repeatability. Accumulative sum of different aggregates is weighed on weighing scale.

Pneumatic System:

All Motions are controlled with pneumatic cylinder. We offer pneumatic cylinder with lubrication system. Highly pressurized air is generated through Air compressor that makes sure all motions are smoothly controlled by PLC System.

Automation and Control System:

The plant is fully automated and the system is controlled on a 17 inch coloured touch-screen with integrated mouse and keyboard connection point. The system is equipped with imported electrical installation devices and sensors. Remote stations with distributed I/O stations are also part of the plant automation. Advance PLC program and error control algorithm enables high sensitivity in weighing and dosage control even at maximum capacity.

SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) is a type of Industrial Control System (ICS). Industrial Control Systems are computer controlled systems that monitor and control industrial processes that exist in the physical world.
